# 安装3D打印模块和挤出机

#### 1) 关闭机械臂电源，更换3D打印模块；

#### 2) 按照图示连接挤出机和机械臂；

A. 将3D打印模块插入到机械臂前端；

B. 将12-pin的外部电机线插入到机械臂后端的对应接口；

C. 将电机线连接到挤出机，注意方向，不要插反了；

D. 将送料管安装到挤出机上；

#### 3) 按照图示组装耗材支架；

**💡Tips:** 

A. 垫片是放在轴承两侧的。

B. 螺母无需拧的太紧，用手稍微拧紧即可。

#### 4) 将蓝色打印贴纸粘贴到打印垫板上；

#### 5) 将打印垫板放到3D打印模块下方，距离机械臂底座大约15CM的位置；

打印垫板距离机械臂底座15cm的位置能够保证打印垫板中心在机械臂的HOME点位置下方，能够得到最大的打印体积。

💡**Tips:** 在放置之前，先擦干净桌面和打印垫板底部脚垫，确保垫板和桌面之间不会相对滑动，否则可能打印过程中发生移位。
